Refund and Returns Policy

At Rubrial USA, we strive to ensure that every customer is 100% satisfied with their purchase. We take pride in our eco-conscious practices, but we understand that sometimes returns or refunds may be necessary. Please review our policy below:

Shipping

• Eco-Conscious Packaging: We care about the environment, which is why your order will be packaged using 100% recycled and recyclable materials, except for the tape to ensure secure delivery.
• Shipping Providers: We ship domestic (USA) and Puerto Rico orders via USPS or UPS. You will receive tracking information once your parcel is scanned by the carrier. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing, though this may take longer during peak seasons or holidays.
• Address Accuracy: Ensure your shipping address and contact information are correct. Rubrial USA is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, we can reship it to the correct address at your expense or issue a refund for the product (excluding shipping fees).
• Lost or Stolen Packages: Once your order is shipped, it is out of our control. Rubrial USA is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, please contact the carrier or your local post office to file a claim.

Returns and Exchanges

• Return Window: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to arrange a refund or exchange for a different item.
• Unopened Products: Due to sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns for any opened products. All returns must be in their original, unopened condition.
• Damaged Products: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and provide photos of the damage. You can choose to receive a replacement (with additional shipping fees) or a refund, excluding shipping fees.
• Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at sales@rubrial.us with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll respond with further instructions.
